What's this?

For a while now I've wanted to do that whole being healthier thing. You know, eating better, working out regularly... The normal stuff. I struggle with finding the motivation to do this though, so this blog is supposed to help with that by keeping me honest. The goal is to work out every day this winter break and be more conscious of the food I'm eating. My last final is on December 16th, so I'll start updating this blog on the 17th. My friends Adira (adiradooley.blogspot.com) and Kenzi (kenziellisworkout.blogspot.com) have similar blogs.
